I hope small, specialized shops are successfully protected by the Centre Plan instead of giant condos with yet-another Shoppers Drug Mart and Starbucks occupying all the ground-floor retail. We’ve lost a lot on Almon St and I’m worried they won’t return. www.theguardian.com/cities/20…
